About me
I have over 13-years standing at the bar. I maintain an independent litigation practice in Delhi, working across a wide range of legal issues. My focus is on matters where legal intervention is required before a court—whether to challenge a decision, clarify a right, or respond to a dispute that cannot be resolved outside formal proceedings.
Much of my work involves identifying the legal route best suited to the problem at hand. This could involve seeking relief through a writ petition, filing or responding to a statutory appeal, raising procedural objections, or preparing a matter for hearing in a higher court. I place particular emphasis on legal drafting, written submissions, and structuring the case so that the real issue is brought to the forefront.
I work on matters involving public law, criminal allegations, private disputes, regulatory issues, documentation problems, and personal matters that require court intervention. I approach each brief with fresh eyes, without applying fixed templates, and focus on what the law permits in that specific situation.
I draw on prior experience in institutional and international settings, including work with the United Nations and LLM from Pennsylvania State University. These have shaped the way I approach Indian litigation: with attention to process, clarity in legal argument, and respect for the forum.
I am available to assist with matters requiring legal representation before the High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and other forums where clear, structured litigation support is needed.
